Accessibility Statement

Web accessibility refers to the inclusive practice of removing barriers that prevent interaction with, or access to websites, by people with disabilities. It ensures that people with diverse abilities can perceive, understand, navigate, and interact with the web.

What is Web Accessibility?

We have taken steps to make our website accessible in accordance with WCAG 2.1 guidelines, aiming for level AA conformance. Our efforts include ensuring compatibility with assistive technologies, providing alternative text for images, implementing clear heading structures, and optimizing color contrast for readability.

Our Accessibility Efforts

As part of our commitment to accessibility, we have conducted regular accessibility audits, utilized automated tools to address potential issues, and incorporated user feedback into our ongoing improvements.

  • If you encounter any accessibility barriers on our website or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us. We value your input and are dedicated to providing a seamless and inclusive online experience for all.

Contact Us for Assistance

We are committed to ensuring our services are accessible to all individuals. Our in-person training locations are selected with accessibility in mind and include the following accommodations where available:

Parking areas are located near building entrances and include designated accessible parking spaces. Training facilities are accessible from public walkways and parking areas via step-free entry where possible. Interior spaces, including classrooms and service areas, are arranged to allow for ease of movement.

Accessible restrooms are available on-site.   Seating in classrooms can be arranged to accommodate mobility devices, and instructors are available to assist with reasonable accommodation requests related to seating, access, or participation.

If you require specific accessibility accommodations, auxiliary aids, or assistance prior to attending a class, please contact us in advance so we may make reasonable arrangements.
